crepes

last year mike decided that he wanted to learn to cook, so last year for christmas he got himself a cookbook that really gives you lots of tips. so he didn't really learn to cook at all last year. he made eggs once or twice. But this year he decided to make crepes. So the other night we had dessert crepes...i had honey ad butter on mine. so great. And then for breakfast we had ham and cheese crepes. I must say i was highly impressed. i have never made crepes and i dont like making pancakes, but i love eating crepes and his turned out perfect, even the first one.
